How is the Foundation Managed

Management of the Foundation is vested in a Board of Directors elected at the Annual General Meeting.

Members: Membership is open to all members of the general community who are interested in supporting the work of the Foundation.

Board of Directors: The Board of Directors consists of

Chairman
Deputy Chairman
Secretary and
up to 7 Directors

Chief Executive: The Chief Executive is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible to the Board for the day to day operations of the Foundation. The operations are managed through two separate divisions, the Business and Service Divisions. The Rockdale Community Nursery is managed as a Joint Venture between Rockdale City Council and the Foundation.
