Supported Employment

Employment with the IDF of St George is arranged through the Service Division of the Foundation, a client based organisation, which has been established to assist people with an intellectual disability with their employment needs. Its specific tasks are to

Provide people with information on the employment opportunities available
Provide counselling, training and support
Develop and implement individual employment plans
Develop and implement behaviour support plans
