Join us for a relaxing outing to Oatley Castle and a delicious Sausage Sizzle, a NDIS-funded community participation activity for people with Intellectual Disability. This enjoyable day out combines beautiful outdoor scenery with a shared meal, giving participants the opportunity to connect with friends while building confidence and everyday life skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Participants will explore the historic Oatley Castle, enjoy gentle walks through the surrounding parklands and take in the beautiful natural surroundings before gathering together for a sausage sizzle. Throughout the day, participants will practise communication, making choices, navigating community spaces and building social connections in a relaxed setting. Spending time outdoors also supports physical wellbeing, mindfulness and greater independence through meaningful real-world experiences.
