Join us for a relaxing outing to Auburn Botanic Gardens, an NDIS-funded community participation activity for people with intellectual disability. This enjoyable day out gives participants the opportunity to explore beautiful gardens, discover colourful flowers and wildlife, and spend quality time with friends in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.

Participants will enjoy gentle walks through the gardens while building confidence, social connections and valuable everyday life skills in a real-world community setting. The outing encourages communication, independence and wellbeing by providing opportunities to make choices, navigate public spaces and appreciate nature at their own pace. Spending time outdoors also supports relaxation, mindfulness and physical activity, making it a rewarding experience for participants of all abilities.
