Join us for a special community outing as we take the ferry to Balmain for a relaxing day at the park.

This excursion is designed to give our participants at The Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George the opportunity to explore new surroundings, enjoy the waterfront views, and spend quality time together in a safe and supportive environment. The ferry ride itself is part of the adventure, offering fresh air, beautiful harbour scenery, and the excitement of travelling together as a group.

Once in Balmain, we’ll head to a local park to enjoy lunch, light activities and social time. Outings like this encourage independence, build confidence in navigating the community, and strengthen friendships among participants. Experiencing new places helps develop practical life skills while creating meaningful memories.
