Join us for a fun-filled tenpin bowling outing at Southgate, an NDIS-funded community participation activity for people with intellectual disability. This exciting social outing gives participants the opportunity to enjoy a friendly game of bowling while building confidence, developing new skills and spending time with friends in a safe and supportive environment.

Bowling is a fantastic way to improve hand-eye coordination, concentration and motor skills while encouraging teamwork, communication and positive social interaction. Participants will also practise everyday life skills such as taking turns, following game rules, celebrating achievements and supporting others. Visiting a local bowling centre provides valuable opportunities to increase confidence in community settings and enjoy meaningful recreational experiences.
