Participants from the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George are invited to join us for a relaxing activity day at Central Gardens Nature Reserve in Merrylands. This outing will give participants the chance to enjoy the outdoors, explore the gardens, and visit the animals at the reserve.

Spending time in nature can have many benefits, including improving wellbeing, reducing stress, and encouraging gentle physical activity. Participants will also have the opportunity to observe and learn about different animals, helping to build curiosity, confidence, and social interaction within the group.

The day will include a walk through the gardens, time to see the animals, and opportunities to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings together.
