Join us for a fun Cooking with Swetha Class at the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George!
Participants will learn how to prepare a variety of delicious dishes with guidance from Swetha in a fun and supportive environment. This hands-on activity helps build practical cooking skills such as preparing ingredients, following simple recipes, and working safely in the kitchen. It also encourages confidence, teamwork, and independence while giving everyone the chance to enjoy the meals they create together.
