This outdoor activity offers a great opportunity to enjoy nature, fresh air, and light physical activity in a safe and supportive environment. Participants can take part in walking, group games, and social time, helping to build confidence, coordination, and wellbeing. Spending time outdoors also encourages relaxation, communication, and positive social connections.
