Spend the day by the ocean with our Coogee Beach community outing! This relaxing and enjoyable activity gives participants the chance to soak up the fresh sea air, take in the beautiful coastal scenery and enjoy a fun day with friends in one of Sydney’s most popular beachside locations.
Participants can enjoy a gentle walk along the beachfront, spend time on the sand, play beach games and relax while taking in the stunning ocean views. There will also be opportunities to enjoy lunch or a snack together, chat with friends and capture some memorable photos throughout the day.
This outing encourages community participation, confidence and social connection while promoting wellbeing through time spent outdoors. Participants can practise navigating public spaces, following group plans and enjoying shared experiences in a supportive environment.
