Join us for Cooking with Swetha, a fun and engaging NDIS-funded cooking class for people with intellectual disability. Participants will learn to prepare a variety of delicious recipes while developing practical cooking skills in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
Each session provides the opportunity to practice everyday kitchen tasks such as preparing ingredients, measuring, mixing, following recipes and using kitchen equipment safely. These hands-on activities help build confidence, improve fine motor skills and encourage greater independence in daily living. Participants will also develop communication, teamwork and social skills while cooking alongside friends and enjoying the meals they create together.
