Join us for a fun Dance Class at the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George!
Participants will enjoy moving to music in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. The class will include simple dance routines and free movement, giving everyone the chance to express themselves and have fun.
Dancing helps improve coordination, balance, and physical fitness while also building confidence and encouraging social interaction. It’s a great way to stay active, boost wellbeing, and connect with others through music and movement.
