Join us for a fun day out at Westfield Eastgardens, where participants can explore a wide range of shops, enjoy a meal with friends and build valuable everyday life skills in a supportive environment.
This community outing gives participants the opportunity to browse different stores, discover new products and practise making purchasing decisions at their own pace. We'll also take time to enjoy lunch or a snack together at one of the shopping centre's cafés or food outlets, creating plenty of opportunities to socialise and connect with others.
Throughout the day, participants will practise important skills such as navigating a busy public space, managing money, communicating with staff and following group plans. These real-world experiences help build confidence and encourage greater independence in the community.
