Join us for a fun and active outing to Kyle Bay Jetty and the basketball courts! This activity is designed especially for participants at the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George, providing a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in a safe and supportive environment. Participants can take part in light physical activity such as shooting hoops, walking, and exploring the jetty, helping to build fitness, coordination, and confidence. Outdoor group activities also encourage social interaction, teamwork, and relaxation.
