Join us for an exciting outing to Liverpool Powerhouse, an NDIS-funded community participation activity for people with intellectual disability. This enjoyable social outing gives participants the opportunity to explore a popular local entertainment venue, spend time with friends and build confidence in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
Participants will enjoy the atmosphere while taking part in activities available at the venue and practising valuable everyday life skills such as making choices, handling money, communicating with others and navigating community spaces. The outing encourages independence, social interaction and confidence while providing opportunities to connect with peers and experience new environments.
Our NDIS-funded outings are designed to promote community participation, life skills development and meaningful social connections through engaging recreational experiences that support greater independence and wellbeing.
