We'll head to a local park for a day of fresh air, gentle exercise and plenty of laughs. Participants can take part in a variety of sports and group games, with activities designed to suit different interests and abilities. Whether it's kicking a ball, playing team challenges or simply enjoying the open space, everyone can get involved at their own pace.
After the games, we'll gather together for a picnic where participants can enjoy lunch, chat with friends and relax in the beautiful outdoor setting.
