About the event
Get ready for a spooky and creative adventure in our Make Playdoh and Create Spooky Characters activity! This hands-on session gives participants the opportunity to make their own playdough before using it to create fun Halloween-inspired characters in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Participants will help mix the playdough ingredients, learning simple measuring and mixing skills before shaping their creations into ghosts, pumpkins, bats, spiders, monsters and other spooky favourites. Everyone is encouraged to use their imagination and create unique characters to share with the group.
This activity supports creativity, fine motor skills, confidence and self-expression while encouraging teamwork, communication and social connection. Working with playdough is also a great way to develop hand strength and coordination through fun, sensory play.
Designed for people with Intellectual Disability, this engaging NDIS-funded activity is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween while creating colourful masterpieces, sharing laughs with friends and enjoying a fun-filled day…
