Join us for a social outing to Mounties Club, an NDIS-funded community participation activity for people with intellectual disability. This enjoyable outing gives participants the opportunity to share a meal, spend time with friends and build valuable everyday life skills in a safe, supportive and inclusive community setting.
Participants will practise ordering food and drinks, making choices, handling money and interacting with staff and other members of the community. These real-world experiences help develop confidence, communication skills and greater independence while encouraging meaningful social connections. The outing also provides an opportunity to explore a popular local venue, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and participate in the community alongside friends and support staff.
Our NDIS-funded outings are designed to promote community participation, life skills development and social inclusion through enjoyable experiences that support independence and wellbeing.
