Join us for Movie Day at the HUB, a fun and relaxing NDIS-funded activity for people with intellectual disability. Participants will enjoy watching a movie together on the big screen while sharing fresh popcorn and spending quality time with friends in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
This enjoyable social activity encourages participants to build friendships, engage in conversations and share a positive group experience. Movie Day also helps develop everyday life skills such as making choices, following a schedule, participating in group activities and respecting others in a shared space. Watching films together provides opportunities to strengthen communication, confidence and social inclusion while enjoying a well-deserved chance to relax.
Our NDIS-funded activities are designed to promote community participation, independence and meaningful social connections through engaging recreational experiences that support wellbeing and personal development.
