Through singing, percussion instruments, movement, and group activities, everyone will have the opportunity to participate at their own pace and discover the joy of making music together.

Music is a powerful tool for building confidence and emotional expression. Group music-making encourages listening skills, turn-taking and teamwork, while rhythm activities support coordination, focus, and memory. It also provides a positive outlet for creativity and self-expression, helping participants connect with others in a meaningful way.

Our experienced support staff will be present throughout the session to provide guidance and ensure a safe and welcoming space for people with intellectual disabilities.
