Join us for an engaging and enjoyable Music Class designed especially for participants at the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George! This interactive session will give participants the opportunity to explore different sounds, rhythms, and instruments in a fun and supportive environment. Through music, participants can build confidence, express themselves creatively, and develop listening and coordination skills.

Group activities also encourage social connection, teamwork, and communication. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to have fun and try something new.
