Join us for a fun Music Session at the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George!
Participants will enjoy listening to music, singing along, and exploring different sounds and instruments in a fun and supportive environment. This activity encourages self-expression, creativity, and confidence while helping to build communication and social skills. Music can also support relaxation, focus, and emotional wellbeing, making it a great way to connect with others and have fun together.
