Join us for a fun Skills Building: Cultural & Creative Expression Activity at the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George!
Participants will explore different ways to express themselves through art, music, and cultural activities in a supportive and inclusive environment. This activity encourages creativity, self-expression, and confidence while helping to build communication and social skills. It also provides an opportunity to learn about different cultures, share ideas, and connect with others through creative experiences.
