Join us for our Emotional Regulation Class, a supportive and practical session focused on understanding feelings and building healthy coping strategies. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore different emotions, learn how to recognise early signs of stress or frustration, and practise simple techniques to help manage big feelings in everyday situations.


Through guided activities, group discussion, and role-playing scenarios, participants will develop tools such as deep breathing, positive self-talk, problem-solving, and identifying safe ways to express emotions. Learning these skills can strengthen self-awareness, resilience, and confidence, while also improving communication and relationships with others.


This class provides a safe space where everyone is encouraged to share, listen, and learn at their own pace. Our experienced support staff will be present throughout to provide guidance, reassurance, and individual support as needed.
