Join us for our Skills Building: Meal Planning session, an NDIS-funded life skills program for people with intellectual disability. This practical and engaging activity is designed to help participants develop the confidence and knowledge needed to plan healthy, balanced meals and make informed food choices.
Participants will learn how to create simple meal plans, write shopping lists, understand basic nutrition and budget for groceries. These valuable everyday skills promote greater independence and prepare participants for daily living tasks at home and in the community. The session also encourages problem-solving, decision-making and communication while providing opportunities to share ideas and learn from others in a supportive environment.
Our NDIS-funded life skills programs are designed to promote independence, community participation and confidence through practical learning experiences that can be applied in everyday life.
