Join us for a fun and interactive Sensory Skills Building activity designed especially for participants at the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George! This engaging session will explore the five senses—touch, smell, taste, sight, and hearing—through a variety of safe and stimulating activities. Participants will have the opportunity to experience different textures, scents, sounds, and flavours, helping to build sensory awareness and understanding.

Sensory play also supports communication, focus, relaxation, and confidence in a supportive group environment.
