Bowling is a fantastic activity for building confidence, coordination, and teamwork. It supports motor skills, balance, and hand-eye coordination while encouraging turn-taking, patience, and positive social interaction. Group outings like this create natural opportunities to build friendships, practise communication skills, and strengthen community participation in a relaxed and supportive setting.
