Join us for Sports at the Local Park, a fun and active outdoor activity with the Intellectual Disability Foundation of St George!
Participants will enjoy a variety of simple sports and games in a relaxed and supportive environment. Activities may include ball games, group challenges, and light exercise that encourage everyone to get moving and have fun together. Taking part helps build physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork while also supporting confidence, social skills, and community participation. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the fresh air, stay active, and connect with others.
