Warm up with our Tomato Soup and Cheese Toastie Class, a hands-on cooking session where participants will create a classic comfort meal while developing valuable kitchen skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Participants will help prepare a delicious tomato soup by chopping ingredients, measuring portions, stirring the pot and following a simple recipe from start to finish. They'll also make golden, crispy cheese toasties, learning techniques for safe food preparation and cooking along the way.
This class encourages independence by building everyday life skills such as following instructions, working as a team, practising kitchen safety and cleaning up after cooking. It also provides a wonderful opportunity to socialise, share responsibilities and enjoy the satisfaction of creating a meal together.
